  79. Follow-Up calls with Loan Officer regarding Buyer’s Loan Progress.
  80. Follow-Up calls with the Escrow Company regarding the escrow progress.
  81. Schedule to meet with the Appraiser.
  82. Obtain Recent Comparable Sales necessary to assist the Appraiser.
  83. Meet and Consult with the Appraiser.
  84. Schedule Home Inspection with the Home Inspector, You, and the Buyers.
  85. Be Present during the Inspection and Follow-Up with the Inspector.
  86. Discuss and Resolve any required repairs.
  87. Schedule Termite Inspection. (Per Contract).
  88. Follow-Up on any Corrective Work to be completed (Per Contract).
  89. Order the Natural Hazard Disclosure Report (the NHD).
  90. Continue to Follow-Up with the Escrow Company on a Regular Basis.
  91. Obtain the Final Loan Approval.
  92. Obtain the Underwriter’s Approval of the Loan(s).
  93. Make sure the new Homeowner’s Insurance Policy is ordered.
  94. Schedule and Conduct Final Walk-Through with You and the Buyers.
  95. Order the Home Warranty.
  96. Assist the buyers in signing all Loan Documents.
  97. Make Sure Loan Funds are ordered.
  98. Verify that Buyer’s Down Payment & Closing Costs has been deposited.
  99. Verify that Loan has been Funded & $$ received by Escrow Company.
  100. Final Check with Escrow to Verify all Necessary Documents are in.
  101. Request Office Manager to do a Final Check of all Documents.
  102. Verify that the Escrow has CLOSED.
  103. Verify that the Grant Deed has been recorded.
  104. Review the Seller’s Escrow Closing Statement.
  105. DELIVER YOUR PROCEEDS CHECK TO YOU!
  106. Turn Keys Over to the Happy New Homeowners.
